I have Mac Pro (Mid 2010). I don't ordinarily edit much for my work only I picked upwards a pretty simple gig. I am more familiar with Concluding Cutting than Premier but did not have that installed on this box so I dl'd information technology and alas, I need to be at to the lowest degree on High Sierra 10.13.vi. Currently I am on ten.12.half-dozen. I can find HS 10.13.6 of course but HS ten.13.0 is a ghost. Tin't become from ten.12.half dozen to x.13.half-dozen without the magical unicorn 10.13.0. I had the same trouble trying to download the total installation version of x.13.6 (as opposed tt the Upgrade version which requires ten.13.0 to exist installed first). Every download was cancelling out at well-nigh the 30-40% mark. I eventually got onto Apple tree Support and they sorted it out for me. Seems each unsuccessful download was leaving a modest file in Applications which blocked the next unsuccessful attempt. Got rid of all those files but even so didn't work, and then in that location was however something blocking the downloads that I couldn't find. And then Apple Support recommended downloading in Safe Style - which I did, and that worked. I'one thousand now on 10.xiii.vi which is the last upgrade that I can exercise for the age of my iMac (2010).
